SO is doing DISTRIBUTION_COMPLETE before AAI send COMPONET_DONE. Not sure of the conditions since it appears occasionally in HEAT deployments but extremely often in OOM installations.

The error causes the PATCH to AAI to fail since the object is not there. Sometimes AAI picks up the model before SO so it works and other times SO appropriately waits for AAI.
