Create Service Search Panel

1. "Configure Search Criteria" filtering panel
   1. configurable search fields based on so-monitoring-config.yaml
   2. buttons: Search, Statistic, Page Navigation, Monitor
      1. Search: retrieve a service list thru the Service List REST APIs
      2. Statistic: launch the Service Static view thru the Service Statistic REST APIs
      3. Page Navigation: control page down and up
      4. Monitor: launch the Service Detail rendering widget
2. Service List panel
   1. service list table, getting data thru the Service List REST APIs
   2. support pagination
   3. attach the 'click' event to the table row and enable the 'Monitor' button
