SO PNF PnP workflow shall not set "in-maint" AAI flag

    Description

      Currently, the PNF PnP sub-workflow sets the "in-maint" flag, to true, suggesting, that after Registration, the PNF is under maintenance.

      The proper field to store the actual state of the PNF is "inv-status".

      Within Casablanca release, the in-maint flag shall not be set by SO PNF PnP sub-workflow.
