Optimize the usage of MSO “chef-repo.git” and “docker-config.git in order to have one environment file provided at the container startup, and therefore only one file to update when we need to change the mso-config cookbook. This requires a small rework of the chef initialization and also of the chef-solo command we use at runtime.
