Modify workflows to use OOF homing

As a user of SO I'd like to be able to create a service with CreateGenericALaCarteServiceInstance BPMN and be able to use homing for my VNFs through OOF.

This task entails modifying CreateGenericALaCarteServiceInstance.bpmn and adding "PostProcess Decompose Service" and "Call Homing Service" to before mentioned BPMN between Decompose Service and Prepare Create Service. This might require creating new code to support processing of the decompose service. The end goal is to be able to use homing on any service created with SO. Base the homing addition on CreateVcpeResCustService.bpmn.

This task also entails modifying BB used in so\adapters\mso-catalog-db-adapter\src\main\resources\db\migration\V2.4__MacroReferenceData1806.sql for Service-Macro-Create and VFModuleCreate to enable homing of standalone service and vnfs.

This task entails creating a HomingBB.bpmn in so\bpmn\so-bpmn-building-blocks\src\main\resources\subprocess\BuildingBlock and updating other BB to use the homing block. The homing block should be capable of using Sniro or OOF.
