Enhance demo.sh to instantiate VFW stack and, at a later time, teardown the stack.

• demo.sh instantiateVFW
• demo.sh deleteVNF <module name>

The instantiateVFW will print the VNF module name to the console and cache info necessary for the subsequent delete.  

Also enhance for demo.sh to preload user distributed models to the demo customer and to create the demo customer without distributing models. This will include adding 2 new commands 

• demo.sh init_customer
• demo.sh distribute
