ETE Orchestration test failed in VID Deploy step - model not displayed.

VID Deploy step failed because the model distributed in the previous step was not yet available. Manually confirmed that the model was ultimately available, indicating that there is a lingering timing issue in the Robot script.

An earlier failure resulted in an delay added to Robot to account for the MSO polling cycle of 60 seconds. This will be replaced with a retry loop with a timeout.
