Try a Backup and restore on a Core ONAP solution and evaluate what is missing

first tests done on velero but it was not 100% successfull

presentation done during February 2021 DDF showed that TATA was able to partially upgrade but they used a customized versions of the OOM installer which include Helm web hooks with lots of undesirable side effectes (dev not merge in OOM)

The goal is to

• install ONAP A
• Run tests on ONAP A
• backup ONAP A
• install ONAP B
• restore ONAP A on ONAP B
• check restore
• run tests on ONAP B based on model restored from A
