when running basic_vm in a pythonsdk xtesting docker, it is possible to rerun it by simply calling a docker restart

with basic_vm_macro it is not possible because soem attempts on SDC/CDS side leads to error.

It would be nice to improve the use case to be fully transparent to restart

assuming that it is a restart (model already onboard) only the instantiation (with a different name) shall be tried
