As an OPS I would like to have the ability to cancel "Pending" workflows, So I will be able to reschedule if required.

Definition of Done:
1. Once the user schedules a Work flow - The main dashboard displays it as "Pending workflow" - Already implemented in 1710
2. The user should have the ability to cancel the Pending work flow by clicking on the designed button
3. Once the user clicks on the cancel button a notification popup should be displayed to the user stating the following:

        "Are you sure you want to delete workflow <Name Of the work flow> ?"

3. A success message should appear once the pending workflow was canceled

4. If the cancel fails for some reason, the following message should be displayed:

       "Cancel Workflow <Name Of the work flow> failed due to an unexpected error".

Acceptance Criteria:

Schedule a workflow & verify that its displayed in the main dashboard under "Pending" workflows
Click on the "Cancel" button & verify that the pending workflow was removed from the pending workflows section
Verify that the success message is displayed correctly
