As an OPS I would like to be to add new properties to VID, So I will be able to choose/provide the relevant values during instantiation  time.

Definition of Done:
1. The following 4 properties should be stored in VID:

*Platform
*Project
*Line of Business
*Owning Entity

2.  The values of each property will be provided - TBD until then insert dummy values - No restrictions on specific values
3. The Administrator should be able to update the property values through the implemented structure (DB,MOP) - TBD by Dev team
4. "Owning-entity-id (key)" should not be editable
5. The user could only add new values to the property - but not delete existing  ones.

The following is the structure of the properties:

Owning-entity:
·         Owning-entity-id (key)
·         Owning-entity-name

Platform:
·         Platform-name

Project:
·         Project-name

Line-of-business:
·         Line-of-business-name
