As an OPS I would like to get the relevant PNF instance so I will be able to associate it to the configuration.

Definition of Done:
1. "pnf-fromModel-byRegion" query allows a client to provide A&AI with the following:
        *cloud-region
        *equip-vendor
        *equip-model
        *model-invariant-id of the collector service-instance
        *model-version-id of the collector service-instance
The result will be to retrieve the corresponding PNF instance

2. Implement request  "pnf-fromModel-byRegion" as it is defined in A&AI AID.
VID should send request to A&AI and support successful response (202) & Return the relevant PNF instance or unsuccessful response.
Based on response VID UI will display operation result.
