As an OPS I would to associate a PNF instance to the Configuration by policy, So I will be able to establish the path of Port mirroring.

Definition of Done:
1. Once the user completes the service instantiation - all supported node templates should be displayed in the drop- down list "Port mirroring configuration by policy" should be one of them - Get from parser described in a different US
2. Once the user clicks on the "Port mirroring configuration by policy" the form of port mirroring should be dipslayed - Like today
3. Once the user completes to insert all mandatory fields - & clicks on Next - The next form should be displayed with the following change for this specific type of configuration
   * Name of field On the collector side should be: PNF providing collector requirments

4.  All the metadata & properties of the configuration should be displayed on the right side
5. on the collector side The user should be able to select the PNF instance that is received form A&AI - API will be described in a different US
6. Once the user click on "Associate" the request should be sent to MSO - API will be described in a different US
7. Progress pop up should be displayed including polling & including error messages.
