PNF Plug & Play use case with vCPE flow

      As a VID user I'd like to be able to instantiate vCPE services with PNF plug & play support.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Upon service instance creation, in case the service model contains a PNF, a new input will be displayed for the user for the PNF/Correlation ID field.
      • Send the instantiation request to the following SO endpoint: /onap/so/infra/serviceInstances/v6/
      • Example payload is attached
