Cloud Region / Tenant details not getting populated in VID

      Tried to instantiate vFW Service on ONAP Beijing Heat installation 

      Populated the cloud region, Subscriber/Customer, Service Subscription details in A&AI . Noted that all except Project and Owning Entity details are selectable, For project and Owning Entity drop down shows empty list. Attaching the A&AI data being populated. Tried using A&AI v11, v13 APIs.
