The goal of this epic is providing a new/updated UI for VNF Change management

Steps proposal:

1. 2-step wizard: workflows selection in new full-screen UI (image 3, below) but with similar-to-current VNF selection (image 1) 
2. 2-step wizard, with new VNF Selection popup (image 2) but limited to single VNF selection 
3. All-fresh 3-step wizard, with multiple-VNF Selection popup, and per-VNF input (image 4) 
4. Advanced input types in steps 2 and 3 of wizard.
