When trying to "Deploy" a service which has the "Instantiation Type" set to "Macro" a HTTP 404 error is received.

      If you attempt to "Deploy" a service which has the "Instantiation Type" set to "Macro" you will receive a HTTP 404 error, requiring you to quit and reopen VID.

       

      This doesn't happen with any other services that have different "Instantiation Types" than "Macro".

       

      The screen shot below shows the screen you receive upon clicking "Deploy" on one of the "Macro" services.
