VID View/Edit Service Instance screen freezes when the service has Inputs defined in SDC

      VID hangs on View/Edit Service Instance screen when the service has the inputs defined in SDC -> Service -> Properties Assignment.

      Steps to recreate:

      1. In SDC, create a service, then go to Service -> Properties Assignment.
      2. Select one of the properties with the checkbox, then switch to "Inputs" tab.
      3. Click on the 'Declare' button. A new entry should appear in the table.
      4. Test, Approve and distribute the service.
      5. In VID, try to create the service instance from the service just distributed from SDC.
      6. The VID will hang on View/Edit Service Instance screen:
