VNF Change menu does not show ongoing Scale-Out changes

      Test-case:
      Execute a VNF scale-out action, using VNF change menu.

      After filling all relevant parameters in the main page for "New VNF Change", then selecting the VF-Module to be scaled, and clicking on the "Confirm" button, VID goes back to main VNF Change menu, but it doesn`t show any ongoing VNF Change actions.

      Still, relevant MSO workflows are triggered successfully (the scale-out workflows).
      In VID logs (error log), the following exceptions are shown:
