Run VID with ModernUI

      I tried to run VID with Modern UI enabled. I set FLAG_ENABLE_WEBPACK_MODERN_UI flag value to true in running POD, but no change is visible. I prepared also a Docker image with that flag enabled and deploy it on running ONAP cluster – also no changes are visible. There is also no documentation how to enable it.
