When going through the requirements I noticed that we had a duplicated requirement number 86585 in Chapter 4 and 7. I propose changing the requirement number in Chapter 7 to 86586.

Chapter 7

R-86585 The VNF MUST use the YANG configuration models and RESTCONF [RFC8040] (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc8040).
