We should add the following requirement

The xNF MUST provide the capability to configure a primary collector endpoint and optional secondary collector endpoint, for each event reporting type supported by xNF vendor. (eg JSON, GPB…)

This is needed because the service provider can/probably will configure a different end point for the HV VES Collector and the existing VES Collector
