The official home for VES related specifications and requirements is now in the VNF Requirements project. The VES Event Listener 7.1 spec and the VES Common Event Registration spec (3.2) are already part of the VNF Requirements.

It was determined that DCAE supports 5.4.1 in addition to 7.1 of the Event Listener spec. To make this explicit, the 5.4.1 spec will be added to VNF Requirements alongside 7.1
