In El Alto, the existing OPNFV VNF badge was expanded with additional validation to take Heat-based or TOSCA-based VNF through onboarding, modeling, distribution, and instantiation of the VNF.

While the automated testing code was delivered in El Alto it was not documented as part of Read The Docs as testing was still underway. The testing is now complete and the OPNFV Verfiied Program will shortly be launching the updated badge.

With this task we will add a section to the Appendix that provides and overview of the program and describes how to run the tests.
