The publishEventBatch requirements in the VES Event Listener Specification need to better
define the semantics and behavior/handling of this event.

Questions raised during the review:

• Why do they all have to be the same domain?
• If so, what's the behavior if multiple domain are included?
• What happens if one event is invalid, but others are OK
