The current requirements for eventName state that the names must be in camel case.

This presents a particular hardship for both the VNF/PNF Provider and the Operator if a Network Function is already producing events and is migrating to 7.X. This can cause re-work for both the vendor and the operator which may have event processing rules based on the existing names.

This requirement should either be removed or relaxed to a Should.
