in section 5.1.2.4. VNF or PNF Package Authenticity and Integrity there is need to add release note for Guilin with information that VNF SDK supports Option 2

Mainly there was a mismatch and VNF SDK is supported Option 2 since Dublin but Option 1 support has started since Frankfurt and Guilin release
