Add a flow to invoke the OVP HEAT tests via VTP without manual intervention, using the passed VNF HEAT package and returning results in a format friendly to SDC.

A new test parameter will enable the return of results in a default format for a CLI user  or in an SDC-friendly format for an SDC user invocation of the test.
