Command to create the tar.gz file and make the file available in a temporary folder for the next command.   The content of the tar.gz will include the test results for the specified execution-id. 

For VVP or VNFSDK results having a specified execution-id there is an overall PASS/FAIL and subtest results for each of the tests invoked by the python script.
