Background:
ONAP onboarding packages come with artifacts related to DCAE environment.
At ONAP Frankfurt, those are:

• VES Event Registration
• PM_Dictionary
• (potentially other artifacts related to policy)

Goal:
Execute validation of artifacts related to DCAE platform, as part of VNFSDK validation.

First step:
Start with PM_Dictionary, which contains a YAML document, which serves as schema, for other YAML documents.
