Refrepo CSIT job should be available at Jenkins under: https://jenkins.onap.org/view/CSIT/
CSIT job should be started at least once per day.

Add basic tests:

• check if refrepo is up and running: healthcheck & readiness
• check if validation rule has bean started by vnfmarket api
• check if vnfmarket api returns information about started rule
