Get method with request id returns JSON parsing error

    Description

      Rest method GET "{vnfsdk_ip}:8702/onapapi/vnfsdk-marketplace/v1/vtp/executions?requestId={requestId}" is returning error: 
      "Expected a com.google.gson.JsonArray but was com.google.gson.JsonObject"
      When requestId is referring to validation executed for all rules.
