VVP is not a run time component of the ONAP platform, but can be triggered as part of VNF certification testing in conjunction with a running ONAP instance.  In this case having  the VVP docker containers deployed by OOM may simplify the robot test scripts for VNF certification.

The current instantiation test clones the repo. If there were another run time service that needed VVP, then a released docker may be useful. Some deployment environments may have problems cloning a repo though firewalls.

This may be deferred to future release until there is a clearer demand for it.
