Resolve issues in this class

Options to consider:

• Remove unnecessary check for resources and pytest.skip as if there are no resources in the template, then the for loop simply won't be executed.
• Remove unnecessary check of non_servers - just ensure get_non_servers returns an empty list if no non-servers are foudn, then the for loop simply won't execute because of the empty list
• Likely need to split into multiple methods to get under limit of 15
