Following instructions were followed to install VVP devkit on linux (Ubuntu 16.04) machine:

1) instruction in README.md file, in devkit folder, 2) Installed dnsmasq, matchbox. 3) Executed ". setenv" and it works fine.

After "vagrant up", below error is shown: There was an error loading a Vagrantfile. The file being loaded and the error message are shown below. This is usually caused by
a syntax error.
