The ONAP platform provides certain parameters (vnf name, etc.) to the VNF's Heat template parameters. These special parameters should not appear in the preload's vnf-parameters section as they should not be provided directly by an end user.

With this change, those parameters will be excluded from vnf-parameters, and only appear in the proper, prescribed place in the preload based on the format (GR-API or VNF-API)
