The blueprint ms as part the download process shall return the CBA Package file naming based on the following naming convention: 

$metadata.template-name_$metadata.template-version_$date_timeformat.zip

 In this vLB CBA Pakcage example as part of the enrichment process file name should be: 

test_1.0.0_08-22-2019-0745.zip

NOTE: WE DONT NEED "Enhanced" since we are using DateTime as part of our naming convention for cba file and not all CBA are TOSCA based blueprints. 

NOTE: The current existing behavior for enrichment return in response to the file name CBA.zip which is not user-friendly.
