The controller blueprint ms as part the download API shall return the CBA Package file naming based on the following naming convention: 

$metadata.template-name_$metadata.template-version_$id.zip 

$id=distribution id that is generated and persisted as part of save CBA package using controller blueprint api.

 In this vLB CBA Pakcage example as part of enrichment process file name should be:

NOTE: SHOULD we include term DOWNLOAD in the naming Convention??

NOTE: The current existing behavior for download return in response the file name $distribution-id.zip which is not user friendly.
