This Jira is for following enhancements for the 5G OOF SON use case in Kohn release. Some of it is carry-over work from Istanbul release. We have O-RAN aligned yang models for SON and Slicing Use case in RAN-Sim for O1 interface. The CCSDK tasks below have a dependency on RAN-Sim being enhanced for A1-termination and App functionality. :

A1 action support in SDN-R

• Implement A1-based action in SDN-R. Receive control loop message from Policy and send to A1 termination in RAN-Sim.

CM Update from RAN-Sim: (Stretch goal)**

• Receive CM VES message (published by VES Collector) over DMaaP and parse VES message.

• Interface to TBDMT to update CM in CPS (instead of Config DB) including new APIs and the new yang models.
