The LoopCsarInstaller must be modified to support the installation in db of a Service without any blueprint in the CSAR. So no loop object will be associated to it.

Currently that code needs at least one blueprint to save something in the database.

Renaming of the class to CsarInstallerImpl should be done as well, as now it does not deploy only a Loop, it deploys a csar. The interface CsarInstaller could probably be removed now and simply rename the LoopCsarInstaller as CsarInstaller.
