CLAMP needs to adapt the management flow of the control loop after receiving a CSAR, So that it doens't necessarly rely on the blueprint and or policy-model present in the CSAR but call DCAE to get the list of available CL flow and call policy to retrieve the policy-model associated with each mS present in the CL flow.
