Initially the object DcaeInventoryResponse should be improved in order to have all fields available in the dcae response

Secondly the cache must be created so that each DcaeResponse is inserted into a Map of SortedList. The map must be indexed by asdcServiceId. The list is sorted by asdcResourceId

That structure will therefore automatically create what is required to extract all the loop templates from the DCAE inventory
