      • The schema would be same as other events (NcmpEvent)
      • Use some central helper for state transitioning and publishing the events.

       

      A/C : 

      1. Event is sent immediately upon registration.
      2. Cmhandle state is ADVISED
      3. Timestamp of the composite state is updated.
      4. Demo to the team.
