Agree LCM Event Schema(s)

Introduce a detail section in the NcmpEvent payload and this detail section would contain the details of the last/old cmhandle state when publishing the events.

Note : Clear the scope with Tony and Kieran on how the detail section would look like.

Check if it needs to be string / something structured / also it needs to contain the last cmhandle state.
