Define an interface to accept collection of cm handles for Get operation.

Open Issues :

• Content of cm handle object. Is it ok if it includes additional data.
• Consider performance as well.

A/C :

1. cm handle objects should at least include private properties.
2. Update (Rename existing stub to be more generic) existing stub of dmi-plugin and send dummy response.
3. For ONAP dmi-plugin not supported : Http response status code 501
4. Update RTD doc (https://docs.onap.org/projects/onap-cps-ncmp-dmi-plugin/en/latest/design.html)

Out of Scope:

1. datastore validation is not required
