Currently when any operation takes place in CPS a Kafka event is triggered. This Kafka event contains details of the operation along with the entire payload the operation might have effected.

For instance when an update operation is triggered, instead of sending only the updated data as a kafka event, entire updated data is sent as a part of kafka event.

With the updated functionality, the kafka events can be modified to only send the delta between the original configuration data and the configuration data after an event(update, replace, etc) takes place.
