This epic is created to capture the following error handling use-cases:

1) Change requests for error handling w.r.t. dataOperations. Already delivered item ~~CPS-1515~~.

2) CM Data Notification Subscription error scenarios see. CM Data Notification Subscription LCM (incl. merge) - Developer Wiki - Confluence (onap.org)

Aim is to find a common ground for error responses between use cases. Work-items related to common error-responses will be part of this epic.
