      1. Create a common ncmppersistence/persistence pkg inside ncmp service "api/impl" pkg".
      2. Move "inventery" into "api/impl" pkg.
      3. create common class named as "NcmpPersistence" inside "ncmppersistence" pkg
      4. Move all the commin constants and methods into "NcmpPersistence".
      5. SubscriptionPersistence and InventoryPersistence should extends "NcmpPersistence"
      6. Find and replace all the constants.
