CmHandle delete is failing with InternalServerError: Null key is not allowed

      Description:

      Our cps-ncmp master nightly feedback pipeline found that cmhandle delete is failing with  InternalServerError: "Null key is not allowed" since  https://gerrit.onap.org/r/gitweb?p=cps.git;a=commit;h=0f6f416f45d5ad0e9bba67d459858995196f7a73

      Reproduction:

      Try to perform cmhandle delete with following delete cmhandle request body:

      {"dmiDataPlugin":"http://dmi-plugin:80/","dmiModelPlugin":"http://dmi-plugin:8080/","removedCmHandles":["CMHANDLEID"]} 

      Logs:

      ncmp_cmhandle_delete_log.txt

      Expected behavior:

      CmHandle delete working as before
