Support Replace operation for ds Passtrough-Running in NCMP

Notes

• Re-use create operation request builder
• possibly further refactoring for more re-use
• DMI and NCMP implementation can be done in parallel
• Other operations should be done in sequence
• Follow 'Create' implementation which uses 'Post' operation this is almost same using 'Put' operation
  • Client uses 'put' operation for this change 
  • NCMP fill 'post' a request to DMI with 'operation=update'  towards DMI Plugin (see https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/CPS-390+Spike%3A+Define+and+Agree+DMI+Plugin+REST+Interface#CPS390Spike:DefineandAgreeDMIPluginRESTInterface-RequestFormatforDataAccess)
  • (ONAP) DMI Plugin will execute 'put'  operation on SDNC
• Create separate commit for OpenApi

A/C

• OpenApi with clearly defined objects and examples
• TBC release a stage or other type of image ?! (maybe as separate task after few OpenAPI updates)
• Update release note with new release (bump version) latest OpenApi
